Refund Policy

Hello Dear,
If something with your order didn’t go as expected, we’re here to help. Our policy is simple, transparent, and designed to keep your experience smooth.

1. Eligibility (Within 48 Hours)

You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery if:

Wrong product delivered

Wrong size delivered

Not eligible:
Wrong size ordered by customer, change of mind, used/washed hoodie, or missing tags/packaging.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

For verification (as per Qikink’s requirement), a continuous unboxing video is required showing:

The sealed parcel

The complete opening process

The issue clearly

No cuts or edits

Without an unboxing video, return/replacement cannot be accepted.

3. Shipping Deduction (Customer-Reason Returns)

If the return is due to a customer-side reason (wrong size ordered / didn’t like / changed mind):

A ₹90 return shipping charge will be deducted

Shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable

Example:
₹999 hoodie → refund after deduction = ₹909

If the mistake is from our side → FREE replacement, no deduction.

4. Customer-Side Delivery Issues

Orders returned due to wrong address, unreachable number, incorrect pincode, or refusal at delivery will require both-side shipping charges before re-dispatch or refund.

5. Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refund will be processed within 7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Bank/UPI processing time differs by bank and may take up to 15 days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing begins.
Pre-shipment cancellations may be accepted only if the order has not entered processing.
