Shipping Policy

All Bearcraft orders are printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner Qikink. We require 2–3 business days to prepare, print and dispatch your hoodie (excluding weekends and national holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, depending on your pincode.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected date, please contact us so we can raise an investigation with Qikink’s courier partner, which may take up to 14 days. We proudly ship across all serviceable pincodes in India through Qikink’s logistics network, ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
